from HOC to LOC when revising. This presentation also examines the difference
between higher order concerns (HOCs) and lower order concerns (LOCs).
HOCs are content, thesis, evidence, organization and purpose; while LOCs
are word choice, spelling, punctuation, documentation, and grammar.
